Place a medium pot of water over high heat. When it boils, mix ½ tablespoon of salt, add the pasta and let it cook for the time indicated on the package or until it is “al dente”. Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients.
Wash and dry the tomatoes and basil leaves. Cut the tomatoes in half and transfer to a bowl. Add the Fresh Cheese cubes Camponesa, the basil leaves, season with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Once cooked, pass the pasta through a sieve and let the water drain well. Add the still hot pasta to the ingredients in the bowl, drizzle with a little more oil and mix gently. Serve next.
