Cook the rice as usual, with seasoning to taste and cook with the sausage in slices or cubes. Once cooked, set aside for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Peel the tomato and cut into cubes measuring approximately 2cm.
In a large pan, add the rice and cooked sausages, cream, chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste. In this order.
Let it boil for 5 minutes and add the diced tomatoes.
After another 5 minutes of boiling, turn off the stove, cover the pan and wait another 5 minutes.
Serve with 3 to 4 slices of cheese or grated parmesan to taste.
Tip, for those who like it, you can also serve it with straw potatoes.
