Peach Crunch with Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 box (395g) of condensed milk CAMPONESA

  • 120ml of milk CAMPONESA

  • 1 can of peach in syrup

  • 2 packages of cornmeal cookies

  • 150g semisweet chocolate

  • 60g chopped assorted chestnuts

Preparation

Combine the chocolate, condensed milk and milk in a pan.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the candy begins to thicken and becomes creamy. Remove from heat and set aside.

Drain the peaches and cut into cubes. In a refractory or in glasses, alternate layers of the cornstarch biscuit, the chocolate cream, the chestnuts and the peach.

Repeat the layers, finishing the assembly with the peach. Serve at room temperature, chilled or hot.

TIP: peach can be substituted for morando, fig or coconut.
