Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the candy begins to thicken and becomes creamy. Remove from heat and set aside.

Drain the peaches and cut into cubes. In a refractory or in glasses, alternate layers of the cornstarch biscuit, the chocolate cream, the chestnuts and the peach.

Repeat the layers, finishing the assembly with the peach. Serve at room temperature, chilled or hot.
TIP: peach can be substituted for morando, fig or coconut.
