Cheese Pate with Herbs and Garlic
Ingredients
200g of Fresh Cheese Camponesa
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
Parsley and chives to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

To start, add the Fresh Cheese Camponesa chopped and the oil.

Beat everything until you get a homogeneous cream.

Crush the garlic cloves with a little salt and add this paste to the cheese mixture.

Season with pepper to taste and add parsley and chives (chopped).

Mix everything very well or, if you prefer, grind in the mixer. Reserve in the fridge until serving time.
