In a pan, place the chocolate, condensed milk, butter and mix well.
Bring to a boil, stirring non-stop, until the mixture comes away from the bottom of the pan, as in the brigadier stage.
Turn off the fire, add the cream of milk, mix and wait to cool down. Reserve.
In a round shape with a removable bottom or rim, grease the bottom and sides with butter.
Place a thin layer of brigadeiro and distribute the cookies throughout the bottom of the mold.
Cover this layer of cookies with brigadeiro and repeat the layers, finishing with brigadeiro, reserving some cookies to decorate.
Let it freeze for 4 hours and unmold.
